Production Assembler

An immediate opportunity exists for a Production Assembler who will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly and testing of gas generating products using a variety of tools and equipment.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Read, interpret and follow written instructions

  • Utilize handheld tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers and power tools

  • Perform work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures

  • Complete all tasks as directed with minimal supervision.

Qualification requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 - 5 years production assembly experience
  • Relevant technical training or certifications are preferred
  • Aptitude for “hands-on” electrical & mechanical production work
  • Proficient in use of computers
  • Good verbal, reading, and written English language skills.

Physical demands and abilities:

  • Frequent lifting or moving of materials and use of hand tools.

  • Standing, kneeling, and bending required during a typical eight-hour workday

  • Possess a full range of manual dexterity to assemble parts or pieces together quickly and accurately.

  • Vision abilities to be able to perform intricate assembly and inspection operations
